AlphaFlex Shipping Policy

At AlphaFlex, all orders are made to order. We appreciate your patience as we craft each piece with care and quality.

⏳ Pre-Order Lead Time:

All items are processed on a pre-order basis, with a 14-day waiting period from the date of payment before dispatch.

🚚 Courier & Delivery Details:

• Delivery takes 1–5 business days once dispatched.

• We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa for a flat rate of R80.

• 📦 Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

⚠️ Important Notice:

AlphaFlex is not liable for any delays, lost parcels, or damage that may occur after dispatch. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the courier service.

At AlphaFlex we promise to provide quality fits as well as quality shipping. We currently have a “pre-launch” which means the processing time can take up to 14 days . We ship through “The Courier Guy” who provide 1-5 day delivery within South Africa. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped to the address you provided at checkout.
