AlphaFlex Returns & Refunds Policy

At AlphaFlex, we aim to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help—within reason and in line with our policy below.

✅ Refund & Exchange Eligibility:

• Refunds are only issued for incorrect or defective items.

• Exchanges are accepted for size changes, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

• All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Orders:

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer cannot be refunded.

• However, exchanges may be arranged at the customer’s expense (courier fees apply).

• Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

• Custom-made and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note: Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility.
