Payment Policy
We accept payments through PayFast only. PayFast is well-known and trusted by thousands of online stores and millions of customers.

Shipping Policy
We ship your package the day after we’ve received payment (business days). Shipping takes 1-7 days (excluding weekends). We’ll send you a tracking number through email, and you can track your parcel on The Courier Guy Website.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with the items you’ve received (for example the items are too big or too small) you may return them to us. Returned items need to be in the same condition as received. We will refund you in full or offer an exchange. Courier fees are for your account.
